1 Who We Are
DoorFalcon LLC (“DoorFalcon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates doorfalcon.com β an online referral and lead generation platform that connects homeowners and property owners (“you” or “user”) with independent home service providers (“Providers”) for services including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, pest control, and garage door repair.
DoorFalcon is not a contractor and does not perform home services itself. We are a marketing and referral platform. Providers listed or connected through our platform are independent third parties, not employees or agents of DoorFalcon.
2 Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Contact information: name, phone number, and email address submitted through quote request forms, call-back requests, or on-site forms
- Service request details: service type, ZIP code, city, description of the issue or project
- Communication records: any information you share when contacting us by phone, email, or through the site
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs
- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, clicks, scroll depth, session duration
- Location data: approximate location derived from IP address or ZIP code input
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)
Information from third parties:
- Data from analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) used to understand site usage
- Data from advertising platforms used to attribute traffic sources
- ZIP code lookup data from third-party geocoding APIs used to route your service request
3 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Route your service request to one or more relevant independent Providers in your area
- Contact you by phone, text, or email to fulfill your request β including through automated or pre-recorded means where you have provided consent (see Section 5)
- Verify your request and screen for completeness before routing to Providers
- Operate and improve the platform β analyze usage patterns, fix bugs, improve content and routing accuracy
- Comply with legal obligations β maintain records required by applicable law, respond to legal process, and enforce our Terms of Service
- Send service-related communications β confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback requests related to your submitted request
- Marketing β if you have opted in, we may send promotional communications about DoorFalcon services. You may opt out at any time.
5 TCPA & Marketing Consent
By submitting a quote request or call-back form on DoorFalcon, you expressly consent β under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws β to be contacted by DoorFalcon and the independent Providers to whom your request is routed, using:
- Automated telephone dialing systems (autodialers)
- Pre-recorded or artificial voice messages
- SMS/text messages
at the phone number and email address you provide, for the purpose of fulfilling your service request and for related marketing communications.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may obtain home service quotes through other means. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or contacting us at privacy@doorfalcon.com.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
7 Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to:
- Fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (typically, routing and fulfilling your service request)
- Comply with our legal obligations, including TCPA record-keeping requirements
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
In practice, contact and request data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission unless you request earlier deletion (subject to legal retention obligations). Anonymized or aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
8 Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate personal information
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time
- Do Not Sell: As noted above, we do not sell personal information to data brokers. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide opt-out mechanisms.
California residents: You may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected about you, the right to know whether your personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

9 Children’s Privacy
DoorFalcon is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at privacy@doorfalcon.com and we will take steps to delete it promptly.
10 Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and vendor security requirements.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for the security practices of independent Providers who receive your information as part of the referral process.
11 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or by a notice on the site. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
