1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DoorFalcon LLC (“DoorFalcon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the website located at doorfalcon.com and all associated content, features, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including browsing, submitting a form, calling a listed phone number, or clicking any link — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to that entity.

2 Platform Description

DoorFalcon is an online referral and lead generation platform that connects homeowners, property owners, and other users (“Users”) with independent home service providers (“Providers”) offering services including plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, roofing, pest control, and garage door repair.

DoorFalcon is not a home services company, contractor, or licensed trade professional. We do not perform home services. We do not employ Providers. We are not a party to any service agreement between you and a Provider. Our role is limited to facilitating introductions between Users and Providers.

3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform or submit any request form. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

The Platform is intended for use by residents of the United States. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in other locations.

4 Referral Service

When you submit a quote request, call-back form, or other service inquiry through the Platform:

• You are requesting to be connected with one or more independent home service Providers
• Your contact information and service request details will be shared with relevant Providers (see our Privacy Policy)
• One or more Providers may contact you by phone, text, or email in response to your request
• DoorFalcon does not guarantee that any Provider will be available, will respond within any timeframe, or will offer services in your area
• Any quotes, estimates, or proposals you receive come from the Provider, not from DoorFalcon

Submitting a request form does not obligate you to hire any Provider and does not obligate any Provider to perform services. Any service agreement is solely between you and the Provider.

5 TCPA & Communications Consent

By submitting any form on this Platform — including quote request forms, ZIP code lookup forms, and call-back request forms — you provide your express written consent, as that term is defined under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227), to be contacted by DoorFalcon and by the independent Providers to whom your request is routed, using:

• Automated telephone dialing systems and pre-recorded or artificial voice messages
• SMS and MMS text messages, including marketing messages
• Email, including commercial email

at the phone number(s) and email address(es) you provide. This consent applies even if the number you provide is on a national or state do-not-call registry.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may request quotes and connect with Providers without consenting to autodialed or pre-recorded communications by calling us directly.

You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by emailing privacy@doorfalcon.com. Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of communications made prior to revocation. Note that revoking consent from DoorFalcon does not automatically revoke consent from individual Providers who have already received your information — you must contact those Providers separately.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your request activity.

6 User Obligations

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all forms and requests
• Not submit requests on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or its servers
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in connection with your use of the Platform

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. Submitting false or misleading information may result in termination of your access to the Platform and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

7 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

• Submit fraudulent, duplicate, or test requests for the purpose of generating provider contacts
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or data from the Platform without prior written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any portion of the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, overburden, impair, or disable the Platform
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose other than submitting legitimate service requests, without DoorFalcon’s prior written consent

8 Provider Relationships

Providers listed on or connected through DoorFalcon are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of DoorFalcon. DoorFalcon does not control the work, pricing, licensing, or conduct of any Provider.

DoorFalcon makes no representations about any Provider’s qualifications, license status, insurance coverage, pricing, workmanship, or conduct. You are solely responsible for verifying that any Provider you engage is appropriately licensed and insured for the work to be performed in your jurisdiction before authorizing any work or making any payment.

Any dispute regarding the quality, price, safety, or completion of services must be resolved directly between you and the Provider. DoorFalcon is not a party to any dispute between you and a Provider and has no obligation to mediate or resolve such disputes.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, service guides, cost data, and software — is the property of DoorFalcon LLC or its content licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use content on the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without DoorFalcon’s prior written permission.

The DoorFalcon name and logo are trademarks of DoorFalcon LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any DoorFalcon trademark, trade name, or logo.

10 Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOORFALCON EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currentness of any content
• Warranties regarding the quality, suitability, or fitness of any Provider for your needs

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In such jurisdictions, our warranties are limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOORFALCON LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any conduct or services of any Provider
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Any other matter relating to the Platform

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if DoorFalcon has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall DoorFalcon’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD) or the amount you paid to DoorFalcon in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoorFalcon LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any rights of a third party, including any Provider
• Any content or information you submit through the Platform

13 Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact DoorFalcon at legal@doorfalcon.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 30 days of receiving notice.

Binding Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and not in any court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver. YOU AND DOORFALCON AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DoorFalcon LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. To the extent any claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you consent to personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in that state.

Time Limitation. Any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it is permanently barred.

14 Termination

DoorFalcon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that DoorFalcon determines is harmful to the Platform, its users, or its Providers.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — shall survive.

15 Changes to These Terms

DoorFalcon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
